Navigating AI Questions in Job Interviews
• As AI adoption accelerates, job interviews increasingly include questions about AI proficiency.
• While deep AI expertise isn't always necessary, demonstrating curiosity and a willingness to learn are crucial.
• Highlighting how you've used AI to boost productivity or handle mundane tasks showcases adaptability.
• Researching the company's stance on AI and providing specific examples of its application in your work is recommended.
• Expressing a considered opinion on AI, whether positive or skeptical, grounded in knowledge, is more important than a definitive stance. #AWU #disability #jobs #interviewtips

Tough Job Market!
We all know that tons of people are getting laid off. That means that more, and more people are looking for the remaining jobs. The talent pool for employers is filled with qualified workers to choose from. So I ask you, "What will separate you from the bunch?"
In my opinion, with skills sets being equal, it becomes about you, your personality, your attitude. Are you presenting to an interview with a good attitude? A smile if you can? Hiring managers/recruiters are not any different than you. They will remember the person who demonstrated happiness, joy, and confidence. Show them if you are able. These attributes may be your best chance in this environment to get a job offer. #AWU #disability #jobs #interviewtips

"Job Search Tip "
So what do the words "Must Wear Many Hats" in a job description mean? Usually it means you will be Underpaid and Overworked!
It means the company is looking for someone to do multiple jobs. As an example they are looking for a graphic designer, social media manager, customer service representative, and event planner all rolled into one – for the salary of an intern. It’s just a nice way of saying We won’t hire enough people, so you’ll have to do five jobs at once.
If you see this in a job description, beware. If you decide to pursue the position at the interview ask questions about job and performance expectations. #AWU #disability #jobs
