I’m on disability unable to go out and look for work. Sitting home all day just watching movies and tv. So when Netflix ad popped up I just decided to apply for a at home job ( watching movies all day or Data Entry or even stuffing envelopes ) I could use the extra cash

With in-home servers care providers they take care of the recipients and things like that like if they need to get fed wash their clothes bathe them if they're bedridden there you see in a common lesson home or something like that but they have some that are at home also or you have to rotate them back and forth and things like that.

Team structure from what I experienced in getting hired is, punctuality respect, patient, a bit of sense of humor, serious, team players, gets right to Buisness make sure and ask of any questions, gets their job done I haven't had any bad experiences with the job they welcome everyone, everyone is treated equally and that's a lot of reasons why I stay employed for this length 9f time , there's a lot of other information that you can apply to your job and life, benefits, medical it's a win win situation. At the 3nd of the day you are helping people, elderly, handicap, disabled, young, old you are living a life to help make differences . You go beyond, do more than your job rather a personal associate your assisting or a complete stranger we really are one big team working towards the same goals, giving back, living, caring, meeting new people co workers. Mine was very informal. Jeans and a polo, and I just sat down in the break room with store and assistant managers and rapped out about the job with them. Was asked if I were capable of running register, operating a forklift, and able to do the physical work of restocking feed. Pretty straightforward!

Sometimes

I've definitely seen resume that includes GPA. However the grading system varies in so many education system so it doesn't necessarily create a clear and specific narrative of your strengths. You can still take advantage of your academic achievement in different ways like building soft skills or highlighting strengths in your summary that is not just a numeric value of your grades. The interviewing process with Marriott Corporate is very intense. You are first contacted by the Sr.Recruiter and that is a 30-40 mins phone chat, from there if you pass that stage, you will be given a requests for an in person or virtual teams interview ( this is usually 3 to 4 interviewers) if you pass this stage, you would meet with the Leader or GM of the property you are interviewing for. Overall this can take 2/3 months You also must do a required assessment that will be sent to you once initial contact is made.
