You have to be ready to work and you must be well organized willing to learn and also a team player.

The day I used a cargo carrying unit of 2.5Tonn and shipped an equipment what 3.5tonn to one of the Clients in the rig and the equipment was returned back to the base. This singular act resulted to Non-conformance and lost of revenue.

The employees and especially the office manager, Billi, are extremely unprofessional and lack proper training skills. After several months doing the things nobody else wanted to do, I was finally given Dispatch and thoroughly enjoyed all that the job required. Eventually two more people were hired for office support. One of the new hires had worked there previously years before. I had to do all of the "crap" work for months and never had rebuttal against anything I was told to do until Billi came in one afternoon and took Dispatch from me to give to the new 2 week old employee. When asked what I was supposed to do Billi said "go file or something." I felt it was a direct insult considering how hard I worked to earn a position as Dispatcher. I ultimately ended up asking for more work as it only seemed fair. I was let go that following Monday!

Please send in your resume to recruiterS6@qualitystaffingamerica.com for review and I'll touch base with you soon. Thanks!
