I loved helping people find their way through the store. After a week or two I was familiar with the store so getting around was a breeze. $9.25 an hour and paid every week.
Worst place to work for I’ve worked for dollar Tree for almost 3 years started as a cashier and worked my way up to assistant manager and just Yesterday I Was release cause I filed a sexual harassment complaint on my Store Manager who for weeks sexually harassesed me everyday when I came in for my shift. I couldn’t even come in on my days off without him following through the entire trying to pull me into the stock room. I’m a single mom of 3 and for me to lose my job after years of working with them cause I decided to speak out on the Harassment isn’t fair. I do not i repeat I do not recommend anyone to apply at the dollar tree located in 562 West broad street hazleton Pennsylvania 18201-6108
I got termination by dollar tree dc4 because i was unsafe due to safety violation so they fire me i was mad AF i didn't do anything wrong i was just doing my job as i was told to do but those lame as supervisor & HR manger didn't give a Fuck that's why i lost my fucken job they have favoritism & all kind of bullshit ???
Any chance I am right...I gave my life to my last employer and they blatantly lied to get rid of me...it sucks that companies can treat employees thst way especially salaried managers like us...they always side with the hourly associates in cases of disputes...they are afraid of unions and discrimination law suits...so the easy way is to make the manager the scape goat and fire us..these big companies suck...but every dog has their day
