Well, I went from temp to hired at Dollar Tree. I am still temp at a paper but I have worked one week longer and will work a second week longer than the initial contract. So, pursue work, work well with others, learn effectively and do not behave like a belligerent fool, do not pose as a Know-it-all, do not appear as a psycho, do not take 30 minute bathroom breaks, do not use your cell phone at work on the clock, and by all means show up on time and do not incur an attendance problem. Then guess what, happy employers and more praise for your work.

When I worked at #DollarTree I gave great advice when

During the biggest holidays (like Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, and Christmas), I was to go to person for the male late shoppers looking for last minute gift ideas for the women in their lives. I would walk them around the store grabbing items to put together a little basket, gift bag, or cute little bin, and give them ideas of things they could fill them up with. All items from our store. (which boosted sale) After ringing them up, I would assemble everything together, and in most cases tie it together with a balloon or a few, that the customer purchased, also. Great days at work for me, happy customer ready to spread the love.

I was once a Wal-Mart cart pusher. Today, I went to Dollar Tree for an interview, twice. The second time, 4 customers advised the manager indirectly that they were glad that I will work there. I was not interviewed yet. Fast interview.
