I want to manage people. I believe I would be good at it. On the back burner, I would really like to publish books; other people's and my own too.

The question: "What do I Want to Do with my Life". Good Question!!! I've worked for several companies and what usually happens is employees are not charged, meaning charged to accomplish good things and be asked to give their opinion. To give an opinion today within a company makes each employee vulnerable. with their inner self to believe in a Company that will do good things and the individual will be rewarded for their accomplishments. I've seen it happen over and over again. Good Managers create a GREAT environment. When I have a good Manager, it charges me to do good things and be Loyal to the Company. I would Love to work for a company and a Great Manager the pursues my talents and allows me to do great things. A person that challenges me and believes in me to make what we do, together, great! Very few people have this talent to encourage others to do great things,. Most Managers walk through life thinking they are owed or are better than their subordinates. I'm looking for a Leader, one that will walk with me, teach me to do great things. When I fall, they will pick me up and I will LEARN. A true Leader will LEAD. Looking for a team that will help each other to succeed not only to be successful themselves but to help others be successful as a TEAM. Together, to accomplish great things. This truly is hard to find, but... you asked the question and those are my thoughts. I hope to accomplish and find a great team in the future!!

When I was little, I always wanted to be a teacher or a nurse.

When life hits you in the face, fight back! When you want to throw in the towel and just want to give up. Pick yourself up, pick up the pieces and push through. You know, it's interesting! When you were a kid, there was no limits, and you constantly kept dreaming of what you wanted to be, how your life would look like or even where you would live. THEN! Life hit you in the face and reality started to set in. You started to think your passion, dreams, goals, was just an illusion, but it's not.

I'm going to try my best to get a job with you guys here in Los Banos. It's my dream job. I live here Los Banos for 17 years. The last 7 years I have token care of my grand mother who is a 6 time cancer Survivor the last one was brain and lung cancer now she's all better and we both agreed on ups.

Moved here from New Jersey after the plant I worked at for 35 years moved off shore. Iam motivated and seriously looking for work. UPS would be my dream company to work at. Thanks Richard GLEADALL
