Try to find a corporate one. The franchisee managememt level is not professional. Maybe not all but the ones i have encounter is. That makes two i have worked for and thier not nice to work under when things get a little stress or crazy when hit with rushes.

Serving my customers. The management level seems to have issues or not professional when dealing with employees. I fully understand the stress of work. We all go through it. To be the one in charge, the leader, setting examples of positivity and leadership has fallen by the way side. I am not a disgruntle employee. I loved what i did at dunkin, took pride in my work, everyday and on time to work. Dedicated my energy and time for each and every customer. Brand ambassador for Dunkin Brands just to be treated as if I didnt care about my job like some. Lack of respect, favoritism and one sidedness thats what loses great employees in this company. Too bad they represent a great name like Dunkin Donuts, the franchisee. This is not only the franchisee o have work for. Seems all are alike when it comes to management. Thank you.

I've always wanted to work at DD. I'm not gonna lie it's pretty tough to get in there. Lots of cameras and sugar. Everyday is a new day. Maybe I will try again. -DT
