Following the Company's rules and regulations is very important .

Failing to submit my TLS on time .

I remember that day very clearly i was just doing inventory in the Materials yard .And the Manager just gave us two days to clear all the inventory process within the spun of two days fail at which i will report you to the Site Manager you sign warning letters.

Actually i just decided to calm myself first of all,then i explained to him how he/she has messed me and thereafter we just arrived at the conclusion and finally she/he a pologised to me.
