The Econo Lodge is a horrible place to work for. The owner keeps saying he’s doing renovations but nothing is being done. The building is not safe for employees it really should be torn down. It has leaky ceilings and a ceiling fell on top of a guest. The owner is not wanting to take responsibility for it. The new manager has NO idea how to be a manager and how to treat some of the employees.. she has her favorite group working there doesnt matter if they don’t want to work. It’s fine to her. But you have someone like me that walked to work.. always made it there early and only called off one time she wanted me to quit. She talks about people behind their back all the time and lies right to your face.
