Almost 30 applications put in and I've had one phone interview.

I've applied for everything from receptionist for a car dealership, to customer service rep, to community liaison. It can't be this hard, can it? I mean, really? No one is willing to give me an actual interview?

Who are they hiring? I know so many people in this same boat. Let go, fired, laid off, phased out...all looking with no results! All in my age bracket. Both, women and men.

Even my husband who has been in the construction business for 30 years is having a hard time this year. We've had no income for almost 3 months now. We are at our wit's end.

Any advice? Anyone else in the same boat?

Well I'll start by saying I need work moved from arizona to California in hesperia. Been here for around two months now . Well anyway. I need work I've applied and I'm not exaggerating over a hundred and ten applications on Indeed jobs and not one hired me yet . Kind of discouraging but I'm not giving up that's why I'm here . So I'll do your yard work scrub your toilets whatever just to make some money. Plus I rather work and earn my money instead of using food stamps and taking your money that way . So if you need your yard clean I'll do it and if your around hesperia victorville and heck even if your in san Bernardino I'll do your yard. Or if your interested in a car detail I do set cleaning everything for a decent price . Help me out i hardly ever ask for help cause i know i dont need it but right now I'm asking some one anyone . Heck even god help me find work

I'm an Army veteran with 23 years in service. I graduated with a bachelor's degree in finance 9 months ago. I have applied for jobs in the finance field left and right. I sometimes get an e-mail saying that they decided to choose someone else. Or, sometimes, I don't get a response at all. I recently redid my resume. I'm 51 years old. I need to try to find something soon. And, you think that a veteran like myself would get at least some preferential treatment over non-veterans. What on earth is going on?

I just moved here from Virginia and heard that Florida was the 3rd best state for jobs but I have applied to about 50 jobs and I have been to 3 interviews and no luck. I even tried an agency called Exceptional Staffing don't waste you time with them. They never called me after the day I went in to apply and they never get back with you or respond to your emails or phone calls so unprofessional not to respond . Other temp agencies only place you in call centers and insurance sales and alot of jobs in Orlando require you to speak Spanish and that makes it hard for those that don't speak Spanish we can't even apply for the job. Help I'm stressing out now looking for work .I just left my job I been at for over 10 years for the Government to Relocate to be by my mom and start fresh and this is my Welcome to Orlando . I never had such bad luck looking for work :'(

Everyday i wake up i apply for jobs but i never get a call back and then when i do get a interview i never get hired its so hard all i want to do is change my life around i do have a criminal background but its not that bad but its so hard to get a good job cause of that i just wanna work and live a happy life im a very hard worker i know i how to work on cars i know how to hang dry wall im just asking someone to help ..
