I worked for one company from 1992-2018 as an executive assistant/accountant that involved procurement & logistics. During that time I was also a sub teacher (1 yr), a realtor (1 yr) and was a call service center rep. Most recently for the last year I have also been an assistant manager at Dollar General. I have an Associates in Accounting (2011) and a Bach in Bus Admin (2015) yet I’m not getting any bites for interviews. I’ve had my Resume professional written, too. I just turned 49. What gives?? I’ve been on Indeed, Career Builder, Zip Recruiter, JobCase & Linked In. What am I doing wrong???

I am looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant opportunity. I have 8 years of experience under my belt and I would love to bring my experience to the table.

I recently left an executive assistant position after 20 years because they thought it was time to leave I actually find it a time to start anew. I'm still as fresh as I ever was and well I knew that was the policy The field has changed so much since the time I started and I continue to find it exciting every day. If you have any questions let me know because there’s not a situation I can imagine I wouldn’t be prepared to handle. Remember, make it a great day!

I'm 49 and an Executive Office Administrative Assistant. I live in CT and got hired by a good company. I feel very lucky. It took a lot of perseverance, marketing and interviewing for 60 days. I'm never leaving. Thank you President Trump.

I'm looking for a job as an Executive Assistant, or a travel agent, which would be a new field/venture for me.

I always wanted to be a stewardess but found out I was a week pregnant. I should have kept going.

Great company! I truly learned alot from a great team opeing a factory. From the subfab to the machines being moved in. I loved training and hiring new employees.

Walking in heels thru shipping. Boxes fell on me that where stacked to high. I wore tennis shoes if I was training, going onto fab, our leaving my office.
