I have been working most recently for seven years going on eight with RedBird carriers as a dispatcher, dealing with customers over the phone and proficient in emails on gathering work and redistributing to our fleet. Would love to share my experience and look to grow in a new environment.
One thing I recommend is to be sure you read the description of the job post take notes and speak to what they are looking for, use some of the key words they use in the job description- like professionalism or enthusiastic, or excellent customer service- also when doing your testing for jobs, make sure to think what is best for the company and customer not more the company or the customer but choose answers that balance between the two. I also recommend the STAR method of interviews - tons of YouTube videos on prepping for that :)

Hi my name is Kimberly and I am from Iowa I have fibromyalgia PTSD and some other issues and I'm looking for a work from home position I have plenty of years experience with customer service but I do not have any experience with data entry or affiliate marketing but I am willing to learn anything as long as I make more than 20 bucks an hour. I am currently living at a friend's house sharing their bedroom because I gave up my apartment last year to go on the road working construction and after 3 months realize it wasn't the job for me due to the crew was more like a family and I felt like an outsider. Does anyone know of companies that either doesn't do background checks or if they do, Misdemeanor charges are all I have. No felonies but I cannot get passed the background check process. I need a job at home. Please help !! I have over 8 years of customer service experience.
