I have been applying for a job with Fresenius for six months. I have all of the qualifications for each of these positions, along with 25+ years experience in the medical field. I am 60 years old, energetic and am a dedicated employee with excellent references. Not even a call for an interview. Is it a company policy not to hire people over a certain age? Because I can work circles around the younger employees and have a better work ethic. I would very much like to work for this company but beginning to doubt whether you even consider hiring people over a certain age

I am looking for employment where I can utilize my expert Range Management skills, and professional training as a "Natural Resource Management" Specialist. But I am finding that maturity age, and my Hispanic heritage , to be a major factor in my consideration of jobs that I know that I am well qualified for, both academically, and with hands-on experience as a Natural Resource Specialist.
