Make customers day.

It wuz a good job to be at

Be on time & in proper attire. Do not get involved in the "he said she said" dialogues...keep your personal business to yourself....leave your compaoning spirit in your car...focus on doing your job, helping teammates as needed....and be sure, no matter what's happening...smile :)

Unlike Valero, which I worked for a few years, Exxon did not butden managers with tedious counts & recounts. We reported inventory weekly and were allowed a very fair difference ratio by department. They also trusted the decisions their managers made regarding scheduling, employee hiring/firing. Upper management was accessible daily. They just did not mother-in-law everyday workings of the store. They were very considerate of all their employees.

Don't think anybody ever got mad at me...i got along wth everybody

I loved my customers that came in and some of my coworkers

Exxon is a great company. But the contractor company Apache and the sexist racist men caused me to never want to leave my spot under the bridge now that I've been homeless since being fired I was the only female working with Apache Industrial at the time of Oct thru Dec of 2016

Not getting a lawyer to address the rape and sexual harassment by most of the men. I worked with because I didn't want to lose the job I ended up losing anyway now I'm suicidal

I was raped by my boss Named Ronald Kelley he was a foreman that was contracted by Apache Industrial services then they fired me
