The contractor's claiming that they only get minimum pay for mileage when they are well compensated per mile plus drop and hook pay also safety bonuses and premium pay for short runs and tractors setting in readiness and FedEx runs every aspect of the operation and even run every aspect of contactor's business .. And although the drivers are the backbone and money Maker's of the FedEx corporation ( cash cow of FedEx we the drivers aren't fairly paid or even treated with respect .. So including it's a rat race and the drivers are the rats ..

HR management means nothing. If you have a problem, dont go to the HR team. I reported someone for sexual harassment, and we both got fired when I didnt absolutely nothing wrong.
so I have had some problems with some of the sort managers and disrespect from others because I was fast to be friendly to people and they did not respect me . I would tell people to wait and get the feel of the people around you so you can understand who you are dealing with. but otherwise its a good place to work
