You wouldn't know it by looking at me, but I spent a very long time in prison. During my teenage years, I made some horrible choices that resulted in some tragic consequences for a lot of people. I spent each and every day of my incarceration working to become the best man I could be, to strive relentlessly to atone for my crimes, redeem myself of my sins, and become a better man than the one I was the day before. I hurt because what I did, obviously, not as much as my victims, and I live each minute in honor of them. Many people will read this post and instantly hate me, vilify me, say I shouldn't be given a second chance. But, to that I say this: there are VERY few people in this world who have not made a mistake that cost somebody somewhere dearly. And there are those who have done things that could have easily landed them in prison themselves, save for the Grace of God. The point is, we have ALL sinned and fallen short of the GLORY of God, and we are ALL worthy of forgiveness and a chance to be human again. Do not judge me simply on my past; see the totality of me, both success and failure, and know that I am a child of God, just as you, and you cannot go before Him, or anyone else for that matter, and ask to be forgiven if you cannot forgive me. The point is, it is easier to love and forgive, than to hate and hold a grudge. Thank you for letting me share my story....

I got released from prison May 4th 2018 I'm still having problems getting job they keep turning me down fix my record and I wish I could get a job so I can work but it's hard as hell out here try my best to get a job I'm trying my best to keep my head up and move forward some reason I take 10 steps forward I checked 15 steps backwards I'm getting tired of it I need a job anybody out there in Tucson Arizona please help me out Warehouse Landscaping construction I'll do whatever I'm a good worker I'll be there on time I stayed late I will work 7 days a week please help me out thank you

I worked for a company for almost a year through a temp agency. I was in the process of getting hired on through the company and when they did the background check I was terminated. I gave my background when I got the job initially and it will be 7 years since my last conviction in April. What can I do?
