I am more than qualified to work from home as a CSR. I now have a felony on my record. Who hires felons for work from home positions.

Hello First off, thank you for your time in reading my problem and any and all advice you can offer. Let me try and make this short...I worked for a company for over 8 yrs. I was a store manager. Not only did I not have the support and help needed from my bosses as I thought I should of received after several emails and calls directly to them stating how I was struggling with the crew I had and they wouldn't allow me to fire or discipline any of my workers. I devoted years of my life to this company just so I can be terminated and mislabeled for the rest of my life. To get to the point, I was on vacation for a week, when I came back there were 3 deposit bags in the safe (policy is that the ending shift manager on duty must take the deposit daily to the bank), so I took them and dropped them off. Well, to my surprise a week later the district manager questioned on who took the deposit bags and I told her I did cause I did plus its on camera and I signed the log. Well apparently they were short. I explained that I just took them already sealed cause there were 3 and my assistants didn't do their job on taking them. Well since I'm on camera taking them and they are on camera sealing the bags apparently to their imagination and only explanation I could of taken the money during the time of taking them to the bank. So I was suspended then terminated and had court and now I have to pay that money and I have theft on my background. Let me say its been a major struggle making ends meet to pay my rent and get food and have bills paid. I went from having it all to having nothing. I been depressed i was so embarrassed going to court for this and I felt worse when I had to go and get fingerprinted. Its been 6 months since this happened and everywhere I apply they do backgrounds. I'm in desperate need of a job asap anyone know if I will ever have an opportunity to get a job anywhere and how would I go about my background cause ill apply and they run the background before so I never get a call back for an interview I only receive a letter all the time stating I can't get employed due to my background. I have a daughter that depends on me and I know I'm a major failure in her eyes and it just tears me apart when she needs things and I can't afford anything especially since school started n I couldn't get her new clothes. Someone please let me know how to get any work anywhere. Thank u

Ive been in prison twice and am working temp jobs to try to stay afloat, though , unfortunately..im sinking. My felony record , non sex crimes , excludes me from a LOT of jobs..im 39 and feeling the ageism aspect for some jobs ..im just wondering if I'm destined to work at a McDonalds all my life? Or is there hope for someone like me?

I was convicted of assault on a family member back in 2016 and have lost out on numerous jobs i excelled in because im longer eligible for rehire because of a violent offense. Head of HR in numerous companies told me they will hire felons with drug convictions before they hire me with a misdemeanor assault. I live in VA. Anyone knows of any jobs willing to hire me based on qualifications rather than record? Ihave over 20 years customer service and retail experience. Im even willing to work fast food but keep getting denied because they say im overqualified. Straight nonsense.
