Don't expect to get scheduled breaks. Expect to work hard and get little if any recognition. Pay is below average, for the amount of expectations that the company has. No consistent schedule, you work days, nights, weekends, and holidays. One other thing is, expect to work by yourself, all while giving great customer service, keeping the store clean and stocked.

When I worked at #H&RBlock I gave great advice when

I was the franchise owner of the Dana Point office for eight years. We had hundreds of clients each year and we were able to help almost all of them.

What i love in working at AWM Inc. Is always being bussy. Bussy with customers and trying to run between shelves and the front to satisfy my fellow co-workers and our loving customers in assisting them with their needs.
