It's the church I attend every Sunday, so I know most of the people there on a personal level. The job was fulfilling. The pay was good. I had a built-in counselor if I needed one (the pastor).

I loved that they made sure you could handle the job you were sent to. My first client required personal assistance. First Light pit me through that training prior to going tonthe client. They also worked with your schedule needs.

Yes, I am very happy to work at first Baptist Church.

The management does not back u when there is a problem on the bus its always your fault. To much favoritism with drivers. Trips were given out without biding under the table.

I truly believe this is one owner who truly cares not only about his clients but, his caregivers and all his employees. Agencies normally never give raises. This one does and quite often! Also, owner went to CNA/CHHA school just so he could "help out" and know what it is like to work in this field. He is always encouraging to us. Most agencies, those in the office, treat caregivers too much like garbage. They act like they know how to do this job when many have never done it. Too much lying going on in this business.

It was a friendly environment with the co-workers and management. Close to home.

I have been a United Methodist all my life.

The staff was amazing!! They were friendly, supportive, encouraging. I love running my own classroom. I loved planning activities. I loved seeing the smiles on the kid's face when they accomplished something, or showed me their creations.
