Don't expect to be treated with respect. Management has a knack for making you feel inferior. Your intelligence will come under fire for any and every situation. If you can get past that, the pay is good and there's little other option as far as comparable pay is concerned. Consider this company as a stepping stone to keep the bills paid as you work towards something better. The only reason I can tolerate it without sinking deeper into my already established depression is the fact that my particular job has me out of sight, out of mind. If you find yourself employed with Aramark, the best advice I can give you is to avoid being in the presence of management. If you can manage that, you'll have a decent to almost good day. If you do run into them, just brace yourself for the abuse: it will be over soon so you can get back to your job.
