My biggest mistake was trusting my project managers that they had my back and were looking out for me. They constantly fed all of us with a bunch of bull. There was no damage. The guy who wrote a statement and told on me was late the first two days he worked there, had only been there a week or so. And they let me go after working for them over a year as a foreman. This is not a company you wanna work for. They will feed you what you wanna hear and never follow through.
