The biggest mistake i made was leaving Tenco was quiting. Becouse it is a great work place and they help there people alote.

I worked as a general laborer for 6 months then got into the carpentors union, interested in good paying jobs at a warehouse or anywhere honestly as long as I get good hours and decent wage.

learn how to tie the rods the way they want them tied. You won't have any trouble if you do. Good people to work with. Everybody works as a team. I would be willing to go back to work for them.
