Get ready to bleed.you will be stabbed in the back more times then u can count your throat will be cut. And talk about the train you will become the tracks for the train cause u will be thrown under the train so much yea i no its bus but if u work there long enough u will graduate from bus to train. Dont expect them to honor what they promise because when leave they not pay what is owed to you.......

Save yourself the head-ache, it is family owned and a stressful work environment. At island cinemas there are too many chiefs and not enough Indians. The training for new employees barely exist you have to learn on your own as you go, many of the employees have the pass the buck attitude I did not understand this until I realized the owner passes all the issues and wrong doings on to the next person as well, he also passes the blame for any of his own mishaps on to other employees.

Be very careful, very careful about giving ideas on improving things. Upper management will ask for new ideas and middle management is afraid of new ideas. I believe the knowledge level for many at the district manager level and above need to be raised when it comes to merchandise and operational improvement.
