More like the worse day. I was dehydrated and had a viral infection. They put me on an extremely active job and when i tried to say something to the contract manager he repeatedly yelled at me to get my stuff and leave. I called in to explain the situation to find out my co workers told them i was violent and they believed them even though i worked there for almost a year..

The faster you work the more you get paid... Unless your too fast... Then they will move you to something else thats harder and only put you back if they have nobody else or need the parts right away.

I love the people that I work with, they are amazing people who work hard and share my exact type of work ethic. I consider myself lucky to be a part of Goodwill Industries. I hope to be an employee for a long time to come. There are always the politics in a job, but at work I feel like a team member and not isolated to watch my own behind but they are watching out for me as well. It's been a long time since I have been a part of something bigger than me.

I enjoyed the employees there and the bosses treated me well when I was there.

What I loved about working at (Goodwill Industries)'', was the feel of the energy around being part of a team to bring support to others.'' ''Plus I'm a hands-on , energetic type person who stays determined to fulfill my mission!''

Do not work for this company. They are NOT a non for profit organization. They steal merchandise before it hits the floor. I worked for the transportation department. The owners and managers would take first pickings from the donations bins. They steal alot of merchandise. It goes all the way up the food chain to the corporate ladder.
