I loved the fact that the environment at Great Dane felt just like family. Everyone was willing to work together as a team and any of us would at any given time stop and assist each other when help was needed. I worked on the Drag Chain Line and we all had the same goals each day. Safely and efficiently meet production goals while maintaining a great balance between friendliness and professionalism. Safety of everyone there is priority number one. The HR staff, the nurse, the safety team I was a part of and the supervisors were all friendly, helpful and highly concerned that each day every employee go home just as healthy as when they arrived. I loved my time at Great Day and still miss my friends there!

I was thankful that I had the status of being welder class- A in fab shop. That position was known as a prestigious position if you will we had respect of all department leads and supervisors. A line laborer for example did not get the type of respect that we got.
