Hired for greeter position, then told to be a lot attendent for the winter. Hours cut in half Christmas week. Did 110 percent in half the time. Was given pink slip 5 weeks ago. Asked why, employer said,"Obama care was squeezing her." Then tried to recant. Unemployment? Still waiting...Rights for who?

I’m looking for a career change into leasing and residential management but most of the jobs require a license and previous work experience except this Greeter position at Toll Brothers which is basically a receptionist job. How can I convince the interviewer that I’m interested in a job that i’m overqualified for?
