JUST TO SAY HAPPY THANKSGIVING TO EVERYONE AT JOBCASE I HOPE YOU AND YOUR FAMILIES HAD A BLESSED THANKSGIVING.BUT TODAY IS LIKE ANY OTHER MY MOTHER WAS MURDERED 8 YEARS AGO AND MY BROTHER PASSED AT THE AGE OF 34 AND MY BABY SISTER PASSED AT 26 BUT WHEN THE HOILDAYS COME AS THEY DO EACH YEAR CRY AND MY MEMORIES KICK IN BUT I KNOW WITHIN MY HEART THERE IN A GREATER PLACE NOW I CAN SAY I,AM THANKFUL FOR MY BEAUTIFUL DAUGHTER AND HER HUSBAND AND MY SON THEY ARE A BLESDING BIT NEING THANKFUL IS ABOUT GIVING AND HELPING THOSE IN NEED AND JUST GIVING SUPPORT SO AGAIN THANK YOU ALL FOR BEING GREAT LISA HICKS 11 24 2016

I am very content with most aspects of my life. Even tho I'm job searching my life has meaning. I hope all who read this realize our lives and loved ones matter more than a holiday. Having said this I hope all who read this WILL have a HAPPY THANKSGIVING.

Today is my favorite holiday. The meaning of today is so much more than just having a feast with family and friends. It's about looking back on the past as well as the future. To share those moments with each other. For me, Thanksgiving tells a story. A story of loved ones and warm hearts. So when you say, "Happy Thanksgiving", you should mean it.

What I am thankful for. I am thankful for my life and knowing that God has me here for a reason. I am also thankful for my loving son and my future daughter-in-law. God is wonderful and awesome. Happy Thanksgiving to you all. God bless each and everyone.

Last week I went on a interview & the dentist really liked me and after a long interview he said I was hired and would start the end of December. His current front desk gave a long notice and does not change jobs for one month. Well then 11-21-16 I get a call from his front desk and they want me to come in and do a working interview for 2 hours. I also saw they posted a ad for the position on Craigslist 11-22-16. So we will see next Monday how that goes. I am keeping all my doors open being now I do not have the job yet. I have 36 years experience in my field. I use to get 3 offered from dental offices when interviewing in my 30's and feel that the higher pay and age is working against me.

My previous employer denied my unemployment after 7 years of working with her so until I meet with EDD to fight this I have received no unemployment. I have rented out a empty room in my house and have cut back on spending. I also said a prayer on this last interview and thought I had the job. Trust me I will say another prayer next Monday & try to keep my head up. I can start doing temp jobs in San Diego, CA. We have several temporary dental agencies.
