
Should I go to EEOC because two people (manager & supervisor)keep bad mouthing me? I have past reviews stating my excellent past performances with this company. I also thought about contacting company CEO. I only resigned 2mths before reapplying to move back home to take care of my dad. They had nothing available at the time i needed to move. Ive applied for at least 4 positions. I know this company's system and i have the background. This really hurts. I also worked for these people and became supervisor and had to dispute them on a few occasions which I believe is where the HATE is coming from. Really need consoling

I did have a disagreement with my manager. I was being sexually harassed and so was others. My manager told me if I was being sexually harassed it was my own fault. I took it up with the owner and nothing was done. I ended up going to the eeoc

I allowed a teacher to harass me and write me up in 2 weeks, being brand new to her department. I filed a complaint and left. The other employees were afraid to complain. I would have stayed if I would have know finding another likable job in 7 years. Older and it's tough. I did go back to school during that time.

Being lead by Her "Inconvenience Inlaw mentor " by Misguided termed Words ". Had been on the job way before Her Mentor had even been employed by the company. And the co victim was even born. I had seen and witness the same coin being passed over the same period as HER mentor. I've got some Very high quality of life experience with issues such as this one. But not only did the victim lie with only have 25% of truth. But also lied to the company and played off the wholenext day like nothing. And when was asked about his feelings of the world. She said nothing about it to the coworker. But continued to be able too focus on the way around it. And said that she would have contact with the head game's Office with Honest, Loyal response to the Head of the world office . Though he had raised her choices, Level of Work space . Even went as far as to help her non coworker with her family many times over. Though he had raised her choices for you to look at the house.

I would highly recommend working at this firm with the exception of working for the person I worked for. He has some very wonderful qualities but needs to take a workshop in workplace harassment and management. I spent years preparing presentations and attending seminars conducted by an employment attorney that I worked with and I can tell that the person I worked with has never attended such an event. It is a requirement that all people who have employees that report to them be educated in workplace and sexual harassment.

I got turned in for harrasment

I have been applying pretty much every where and seems like noone wants to hire me. maybe because when i was working at like walmart my husband who is a nut case kept calling and harrassing me there as he did when i was a bus monitor, or even mcdonalds. i finally had enough and let the local PD know that he was harrassing me and they just told him not to call my work. Like yeah right. he just doesnt know when to quit. i dont know what to do anymore. my lights will be getting shut off by the beginning of next week cause he wont help me pay them. HELP

I have an interview next week. Here's the possible issue that may stop me from getting the job. I have an open WC case for harassment with my current employer, and I have been told it is the norm for the employer to settle and have me resign and leave the company. With knowing this I have been proactive in looking for employement. My question is how do I explain why they cannot Contact my present employer. My fear is they will give me a bad reference which I am pretty sure they will because the suit names the bosses boyfriend as the harasser as well as 2 others.

A new co-worker talked about his penis alot and was harassing some of us ladies. When he found out I wasn't thinking his jokes were funny he tried to get me fired. I finally said something about his behaviour after the supervisor wanted to speak with me for something I supposedly did. Unfortunately the shop did not take it seriously. Days later there was another complaint on the guy and I offered to be witness to it and the harassee heard about it so threatened to kick my ass in front of everyone...again, this guy only got a warning and nothing was done about the harassment on this other woman. Well since management would do nothing about it all of us employees got together and we worked together to be rude to this guy until he couldn't take it anymore and finally he quit! Pretty sad that management was that poor at that shop and tolerated this guy harassing other employees, but I worked with really good people and it was nice to see them all have my back and the backs of other women by running this guy out of the shop. I ended up leaving myself because of poor management though.
