I am currently still emloyrf at Harbor Freight Tools. The schedule is fairly steady and yet flexible in case of emergencies if you have to take a personal day. The only thing that really bothers me is the shoplifting that how's on and the extreme rudeness of some of the customers. I have worked a lot of rental through the years and I have to say Harbor Freight has some of the rudedt customers I have ever encountered. But the company is great to work for.

Harbor Freight Tools was a very laid back job in that you pretty much got to work at your own pace. There were plenty contest for incentives daily. If you were lucky enough to win a contest they would place your name on the board for a day and every hour of that day until it as time to go home, everyone would stand up and say CONGRATULATIONS YOU ARE OUR WINNER FOR TODAY! IT WAS AWESOME!!
