It was like playing in the sandbox as a kid but just you're a little bit older now and with a real big machine and you can move lots of dirt and have lots of fun while you do it pretty satisfying actually to be able to move thousands of pounds of material gives you a great sense of accomplishment at the end of the day.

First remember coworkers superintendents makes mistakes this is big as yours are bigger my biggest mistake number one was to get down on myself what I made a mistake on the state I made operating a water truck did not have side mirrors to see where you was backing up a superintendent driving a company truck love to park his truck in the way of operating equipment why backing up to the hose to get water and the truck I grazed the back of his company truck immediately I called places to get the part to replace the damage and to get the truck fixed knowing that this superintendent did not care for me that much big mistake I I made trying to make it right.. second mistake on a Mini not speaking up for myself when I felt I was being treated unfairly.
