Seems to me many of these Job site listing's are tied in to those that are not the ones hiring... Sadly a waste of time? Any one feel the same about this?

This computer crap of hiring new methodology is a bunch of crap. Its computers robots doing the ads then when hiring time comes they're huh? I lost count of the jobs of which I was hired, nothing.
