im currently working now in doha, qatar as a spa therapist in Hilton for almost 8 months now. i am happy and very contended with my job until this big issue of cutting ties with qatar made me nervous and thinking that i might lose my job. im a single mother of two beautiful angels and and the only daughter of my mom. i am the ony one whos supporting them cause my dad left us since mom got pregnant. qatar is my first job out the country. and qatar is a great country, very open to people who needs a job and never been a racist. people here are very optimistic and kind, giving people a better job and salary. im from philippines, and we all know that theres a civil war going on in some parts of the contry which makes me not to come back in my country, it hurts me thinking that i might not see my daughters for more years because i need to find a job and settle their needs before coming back. so, anyone. if you read this and knows some job for me, anything will do. please let me know. Thank you ! HAVE A GREAT DAY !

I applied for one customer service job with Hilton. How do I go about getting a position like this?

At Hilton they make it seem like a great place to work when you come in and you quickly see how downhill it goes. There is very inconsistent management and you never have any support. They dont train people well on situations where you actually need training such as policy changes or special customer service problems like returns and such. They show you your basic job functions and then never help you again. They also have a habit of playing favourites without bothering to hide it because they just expect you to look the other way when management is doing something wrong. HR is absolutely no help since they work on property and basically just work to cover up any complaints.
