It was the co-workers. We worked together as a team at our store. Upper management treated us as hard working ass.

Back when i was working at the home depot I was a part time worker & was told that I'm not allowed too work any overtime at all so as I'm finishing up my shift the department supervisor named Barbara Burnett comes up to me & says I want you too load 150 bricks on a pallet right I calmly said that couldn't because I'm not allowed too work any overtime so she just kept repeating herself & so i gave in, about 5 minutes later two co-workers come & finished with the bricks on the pallet. So as I'm getting ready to leave Brabera calls me into the office & has me laid off. It was payday which I forgot about until I went back outside with my dad waiting for me. I told my dad I forgot my paycheck & he said u can get it tomorrow I told my dad I was being laid off so i run in real quick & as I'm getting my check Barbers yells I told you not to come back in until I told you my dad hears her yell at me and so when we get home he calls the company up and asked why I was laid off after that phone call my dad told me that they terminated me.

I applied because my husband has worked here for years and said good things about Home Depot. Now I am worried though. Do you think it's a good idea to work in the same place as your spouse?

the thought of helping others and being able to make a persons day and smile. Being the best associate that they have ever met.

When I was first teaching I worked at Home Depot on Friday after work and then Saturday and Sunday's in the garden center as a cashier and then inside during the winter months. I needed the extra income as my wife and I were buying our first home and the more money we could put down the better! I basically filled the hours for those who wanted weekends off. I enjoyed being outdoors during the warmer months, but the summertime could get pretty hot. They were good about giving me bottled water and a fan in my little booth. It wasn't a bad job at all.

I've been hired at Home Depot! I didn't go through a temp/hiring service. Just straight through the company. Hopefully my job search is over for a very long time. Good luck to everyone looking for employment.

I need help contacting the manager, for a Home depot that is hiring, for various positions, and also for tractor supply because I have a son, on the way, and I start college in a month from now, plus my son wont be born til June 13th, so I have enough time too get things organized.
