Do not do it . Supervisors think they can harrass you all the time and they think their position is higher than management

I had two job interviews for Home Depot two weeks apart and the last one was a week ago. They wanted me for the Garden Center because with my background in plants and floral. They told me that they will be making their selection Friday and doing call backs Monday on. Will it’s been over a week and I still didn’t get an email nor a call for a job offer. I hope it’s not for my ‘lack’ of knowledge in plants since I have two years FFA/Floral & planet science plus a degree in floral/plant science and I got a few years of customer service knowledge. I bet they took it out on my that the interviewer was 20 minutes late, and he talked about everything else that was a part of the business, plus I bet they didn’t like me overweight which is not right when there are others there. I guess it’s back to applying at everything I can again, been job hunting for a year now and with the two H.D interviews I’ve had a total of 5 and still no job offers. With all the jobs out there that I can do, it feels like I should just give in and do factory work that I’ve did before but short time periods since they always affected my health (food poisoning, sores that got infected at work cuz I count get them cleaned and bandage and even UTIs not sure why but I had one within a week of working in a factory)

The company has great outreach programs for employees such as tuition reimbursement if related degree, employee crisis fund, and community outreach projects you can volunteer to be invoved in. Home Depot is very safety concious in all aspects of the job.
