Not every store director is like this. The store I was at Madison on Whitney way. Was an extremely unhealthy working environment. That store had multiple people leave after 6 months that of being their and all were managers. The store director Carl was clueless on everything. He never should have gotten to be a store director position. He made promises to part timers that wanted full time and he never full filled his side of the agreement. His response to his employees were " I never said that and you can't prove it" that was the only thing he ever said.
