I say , if you're looking to Branch out on your own, go for it. I took a huge leap of faith when I did it. I would not change anything about it.

The biggest mistake I made as a #Caregiver at #I'macaregiver(selfemployed) ...

I always think before I act or say anything. So there won't be any mistakes. I'm not perfect, but I don't think that anything that I've done would be considered a big mistake. I try to be very careful and cautious. So if anyone hear me talking to myself, that's just me double checking my work.

A #stressful #I'macaregiver(selfemployed) day

I try not to let the issues at work stress me out. I try to make the best of a bad situation.

Drama at #I'macaregiver(selfemployed)

I'm the type of person who is organized. And if I'm working with a co-worker, I like to be organized and have everything I need in arms reach to get the job done. I'm not a perfectionist, but I don't like sloppy work. So if we are two different kinds of people and one is not an organized person, I just can't work with that person. I absolutely do not like negative energy. I'm always smiling or laughing about something. I have always been told that I have the best disposition that anyone has ever seen.

What I loved working at #I'macaregiver(selfemployed)

I've worked with the elderly for 17/18 years. I have learned a lot along the way. It also made me more aware and experienced with the signs of a lot of the changes they go through. Made me more aware when it hit home. It prepared me for the care that I now have to give to my Mom. I have learned to be very passionate and patient. As for before I got into this type of work, I was very impatient. It helped me grow into a better person.

What I loved working at #I.QModularHomesInc.

Learning everything about building houses and apartments. How things regarding customers wants are very important. Creates bonds and relationships. Which in turn creates smiles and the feeling of being content about "your" work. Having the ability to live the experiences first hand. Would say the co-workers there all worked as a team. At the end of each project, seeing and acknowledging how everything comes together to create one solid piece of artwork sort of speaking. How we viewed customers highly and worked to achieve what was expected. Precision is key. So many companies competing to do the same. I loved how IQ Modulars is a different way of building. I wouldn't change anything besides compensating the workers better. Simple thank yous and compliments goes a long way.
