Because I'm working for others usually in there own homes I always take the the time to understand what is bothering my client and rectify it to the best of my abilities

I have stay with ihss.fresno because I'm a people person and I'm looking for more work due to the fact that I don't have many hours and I'm looking for employment that has me in contact with the public.,which is where I excel

Because i got to care for my father in his last years. I was not close to my father when i was growing up but as i matured there was an opportunity for me to care for my father rather than have him go to a convalescent home. It was very rewarding experience for me. To be able to care for someone who becomes totally dependant on you for me it was a way of returning how he cared for me when i was dependant on him. I will always treasure the time i spent with him.

What I loved working at #IHSS? I loved working with special needs adults in general. I also enjoyed learning more about the different conditions they have in order to better help my clients.

Convenient hours

I love the different time schedules and love love love helping people in need.

Working for IHSS was fine depending on the client you work. The work was challenging. I loved to do over and above what was the job assignments.

That's a great place to work, you make your one schedule and most of the clients are really nice
