During my career, I was the total in charge of Centralized Maintenance work shop wherein we plan for Fabrication, Machining, Erection & Commissioning of cement plant machines like cement mill, stacker reclaimer, material handling equipment, up-gradation of different machines of all the departments.

I am interested to work in your organisation to utilize my experience in increasing the availability, efficiency of the equipment, MTTR, OEE, by reducing the Break down hours, MTBF by using the new concepts like 5S, Quality Circle, TPM, Kaizen, ISO .9001,14001,18001 and maintain ZERO accident records.

I am very good in Safety Management, Team Management, Production Planning and Control, Scheduling of preventive maintenance of machine on day-to-day basis, Cost saving, Resource management, Customer satisfaction, Zero defect, Self-motivation, Sub-ordinate development, Quick-decision making, Trouble shooting, adopting root cause analysis technique and ready to accept new challenges in the job.
