Hi everyone, my name is Denise and I am a recent graduate from NYU with a degree in Media, Culture, and Communication. I'm currently based in New York City and I am looking for a paid internship (I can work in New York or remotely at home) for the next few months to the next year. I have had past experience working with both online and print magazines, and I will gladly link you samples to my written work. I also have documentary filmmaking experience. That being said, I can tell stories on the platform/medium of your choice. I am able to use Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premier Pro, Google Drive, Mac OS and Windows OS (including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and the like). Any help would be great. Thank you.

I am taking a correspondence education course that does not offer a internship, Would it benefit me to go to some of the businesses and network with the people that are currently doing the job that I am taking the correspondence course for and ask questions that I have about a position doing that particular job???

Well it was something I need to start my internship working as a massage therapist in a clinic

So recently I saw an ad on Indeed about a company , " Stylist to a T " that was hiring for a fall internship , now as someone who is very interested in Fashion and knows social media very well, I decided to take the chance and apply. Every requirement that was applied to this position was definitely what I held as well. When I applied, I got an response literally THREE minutes later stating that I did not have what it takes to get the internship which I was extremely confused about because my resume consisted of all the requirements and I was not even asked to join fo an interview. Yes I was upset because I feel as though the company did not give me chance. But things happen for a reason and I will definitely find better opportunities.

I'm interested in finding jobs in the biological field as well as internships. However, I'm open to anything job hiring in the area.
