I've had 2 great interviews at one company, at 2 different site's They said they are looking to fill the position immediately but when I ask about a start date , I was told both time's the had to finish interviews that were preset by the corporate office. But today I was introduced to all of the office staff on site. Should I give up on this company and move on?

I went into Olive Garden to follow up on the application in person. Then that day they email saying that I need to contact them within 2 days for interview. First interview went well, they had one of the workers showing me around the place then they told me to come back for the interview with the General Manager and he said I got the job.

Know exactly what questions to ask and which ones not to. Not everyone is an open book. Make people feel comfortable at the interview, they are nervous already no need to add pressure. Also let the ""maybe employees " exactly what is to be expected of them that you will know thier limits.

I had a Skype interview, which I thought went well. There were 4 people that interviewed me and I can’t remember anyone’s name or job title. I would like to send a thank you note, however I have a general email that I originally received from the career services department and not sure how to address the email. Any recommendations on how to address the thank you note via email?

This article points out some good reasons for people to think about what they are walking into, and not get sucked in by the excitment of being wanted for a certain job. Some good things to consider. https://www.forbes.com/sites/lizryan/2017/10/03/ten-reasons-i-could-never-work-for-you/#ac1a1617a32d
