Asking these questions demonstrate that you have an interest in the job, and may help give you an edge over other candidates who might not seem as engaged. Maybe choose a few that you are genuinely curious about. Remember, you are interviewing the company too!

How do I answer this question during an interview. Why do you want to work here

"Can you give me a specific example of how you demonstrated outstanding Customer Service?” I know I have to use an example from my previous work experience but I’m not exactly sure what the interviewer is looking for or how specific should I be in my answer.

This question really threw me off because I wasn’t sure how to answer it without bashing my co-worker and making myself sound super righteous. I try to avoid discussing negative situations during interviews so I’m curious to see how other jobcasers would respond.

This was an interview question I was asked this week for a seasonal retail position believe it or not! I thought the manager was kidding so I gave him a silly answer like “Desperately Seeking Employment”.
