we really never made no major mistakes like that even if it was anything he was always a little bit E minor stuff like maybe we forgot to put a bug nut on or I wish I got to bond a pole but for the most part of that was about the just of what we did wrong there was once that we know we were supposed to do some wreck out but when we went to go check out we can't do all the wreck out because we did not know that we were supposed to do it but other than that
It was probably when I was a grant when I started out as a groundman and I put the rope and stuff on the wrong side of the line and we had to take it all down and redo it and they got pretty mad at me but I held myself responsible for it I fixed it along with them and they taught me how to fix it but for the most part we got along with each other I mean extremely well we work together as a team
I would say the most stressful day was when we work 12 hours and then we get this phone call to have to go a whole another 3 hours to get to his job and then we don't get home until 2 in the morning you know and everybody complains and cries and whines about it you know but it's our job I never had no trouble with it I just I've done my job and I love my job I got along
He was just an amazing person to work for a lookout for his people
the terminal manager pulled a red tag off the trailor and said it was fixed I almost wrecked and the big boss tried and finally blamed me the terminal manager told me W.W.WILLIAMS REPAIRED THE TRAILOR ALL WILLIAMS MECHANICS ARE D.O..T.CERTIFIED AND THEY DO NOT MAKE A MISTAKE LIKE THAT the terminal manager was turned in to Lowell ark by me and I have not heard a peep out of them since so much for J B.HUNT PROTECTING THEIR DRIVERS
