I felt proud to work for #J&J Construction when...

I was actually the owner of J&J Construction from 1995 until 2015. Being the boss man taught me a plethora of things that were, in some cases, learned through trial and error. Once I was established in the Construction industry, I achieved my State Contractors License through my previous employer. I've learned an extensive amount of knowledge in most every aspect of this hectic business. I've hung wall paper in million dollar homes and even ran a 7ton bulldozer. I'm experienced in plumbing, minor electrical, masonry and most everything with Carpentry. I've learned that running a company with 8 employees is challenging but very rewarding when everything runs smooth. The business side was easy once I got the basics worked out. Simply loved taking parts of a tree and other items and ending with a house that people can buy and make it their home. Helping g to make the American Dreams come true.

A better relationship with the Senior VP Mr. Gene Adelson. But it led me to a better job in Michigan.

What made me stay at #J&B Hayes contracting was

I actually started Jand B Hayes as a DBa off of LV Thomas and Hayes properties.. I started it because the market crashed and I didn’t want to lay anyone off.. it was a opportunity to do some really great work keep my crew together. We did contracts for federally funded projects and we mostly did contracts for LINC a no profit corp that helped people that needed their homes to be handicap accessible. We built showers and ramps and widened doors these were people tgaf owned their homes and couldn’t afford to pay outta pocket so if tgegg up qualified LINC WOULD fund the jobs it wax very satisfying and rewarding work..
