A Day We Had 3 People And We Were Just Getting OMG Unbelievably Hammered NonStop For Three Straight Hours For A Friday Lunch Rush. That Seemed To Never End.. But All Three Of Stay Cool And Calm .lol Ii Do Believe We Were Each Actually Jogging To Get Customers Food And All Of Is With Sniles. Because Really Getting Ticked Off Absolutely Os The Most Counter Productive Thing Anyone Can Do On Any Job, But Definitely In Any Type Of Customer Service HUGE NO*NO
Well Anytime That Might Happen At Jacks Or Any Other Job ,Company Or Positionl You Would Be Cool, Calm And Patiently Listen VERY Well Intentl On Both Persons Side. . And Generally Simply Doing That An Acceptable Resolve Is Seen By Both Parties Involved.. As Most Of Time It's Just A Misunderstanding Or Just Didn't Hear Them Say Whatever Was O4 Wasn't Said or Heard. You Get The Idea. Now Say Someone's Being mean, hateful or belligerent... Then You Politely Insist They Leave The Establishment.
A Best Day Is When You Have A Strong Team On Your Shift Meaning Everybody Is Listening And Working Together, Each Of Us Busting A Move On Individual Assigned Sp9t Window, Counter etc. But Also Without Being Asked Or Told.l,vIs Also Forseeing Thier Coworkers Food Stock Supplies Or Gladly Jumps In On ie Assembly Bcus We All Heard ie, That Order Of l_60_Tacos Or An Order Of _7_Combos each Sandwich a Special Make. And Team Members Are Gladly Jumping In And Helping. Also When The Store Mgr Is Team Player. Which Thankfully The aasstmMgr And Gen. Mgr. BOTH Went Over And Way Above Expected Efforts For Thier Tesm Members . Leading By Example is.Awesomenessm
I just started at Jack in the box after 8 months of searching for work... It was very hard, but now I feel so blessed, I'll do anything to keep it... Its always hard breaking the ice and being the new girl, but I think I'm winning their trust and respect slowly... I see it this way, its their kitchen, let me be their huckleberry and help them core up their relationships, and maneuver me in where they need me, I just need to be responsive.... And do whatever I can for them... It helps them know they can depend on me in any station.... I am proud of my daughter for getting a job at taco bell.... Her grades need improvement, but she will motivate where she can, I'm sure of it... Its hard to let go, and let God, in areas where there really isn't anything you can do, bit hell let you know when to run.... Good luck to all those single Mom's out there!!!
