I loved working with the return clients. You really get to know them and it's one of the biggest financial transactions they make every year

I honestly enjoyed working with Jackson Hewitt only bc my boss was super crazy! I looked forward in going to work.

Serving as a tax preparer for Jackson Hewitt was an excellent job. Too bad it is seasonal. I just get precision in my job skills and the season is over.

Everything I love helping customers and making their day, I love having conversations with new people. It's just fun.

Go take the tax course and get licensed u wont regret it

Meeting new people, and seeing the smiles of those whom receives a big refund.

To be honest, people don't get angry with me. I'm too loveable. I would just kill them with a smile and kindness.

I was a fun experience working with my direct supervisor she thought me a lot and was patient w/me as it wa my 1st and last yr. we had a lot of problems with getting supplies to our office. I had to supervise a old man that had a stroke and lost half his memory which was a big job but I handled it well. I had to run around trying to get keys from other workers that constantly called in. Later I tried returning for a 2nd season but wasent excepted later found out our office manager or head person was imbesseling money from the company which was the reason for our shortage on supplies
