I applied at J.C. Penny for Retail Sales Associate and the application asks for DOB. I was told that they are not supposed to ask for this unless you are hired. I feel this is why they haven't called me. People trying to run this country are in my age group and it's a very hard job. The job I'm applying for is not hard, but they think I'm too old. I am a senior in good health and I need to work; I can't stand being idle.

I just posted a bunch of jobs on jobCasers and I just got bunch of jobs that came my way, Now J.C. Penney is hiring all over for seasonal , part and full time. Ultra beauty is hiring a bunch of the same. There are housekeeping jobs for hotels not just in Texas, although some are on South Padre Island that could be pretty sweet.
