Weekend!!

Which would you prefer?
- Always bored 😐
- Always busy 🏃🏽♀️👩🏽💻😳💥🤯
- COMMENT BELOW!

Neither is good. Anything out of balance is torture.

Busy at work.

There are so many jobs, industries and just overall way of life when it comes to what to and what not to wear for an interview. Now we also have to think about adding virtual interviewing attire to this whole process!
What do you wear to a job interview?
💖 Matching pant suit and tie, the whole get up
💯 Anything that looks professional, doesn't have to match
👏🏽 I am most comfortable in jeans, that's what the job requires anyway
Chime in the comments below with more tips and opinions about interviewing attire! #watercooler

For the first interview I would look professional, and then get an idea of what the company's vibe is, what they are wearing, ect. I wouldn't recommend jeans on any step on the interview process, even if that is what everyone else is wearing.

Usually a skirt or dress - somewhat casual, but still office style.

Not going to lie, sometimes I don't have time to take a dedicated lunch, sometimes you can find me eating at my desk. I do like to take at least 30 minutes to focus on my lunch and potentially say hi and meet other coworkers. What do you prefer?
💖 Lunch in my work area, while working
💯 Lunch on the side of the building, outside, or in the break-room
👏🏽 Lunch with my crew at work

Lunch alone. I catch up on reading or emailing customers.

On my own. When it comes down to it. These people are not your friends and will throw you under the bus if necessary

And what did you learn from it?

I once had a temp job working for TYCO toys where all I did was manually enter 8 digit purchase order numbers all day every day. It got to where I was entering purchase order numbers in my dreams each night. Also had another temp job in a mail room with machines that automatically sliced open envelopes. Every one of my fingers had band-aids on them by the end of my first week due to the multitude of papercuts I recieved. The manager told me the company was considering buying out my contract from the temp agency so they could hire me on permanently. I requested a replacement be sent in for me and asked for a transfer the very next week. I know myself well enough to be aware that I could never perform such a mindless task repeatedly and endlessly for too long without going literally psycho. Those jobs were back in my younger days and I wouldn't trade my days as a temp worker for anything. I gained a LOT of experience in many different industries in a very short time frame. But some of it was mind-numbingly dull and tedious.

school teaching. I learnt to use my free time well since duty reporting time is 8.am and log out time is 5pm.

Some people are night owls, others prefer to wake up early in the morning and get things done! What shift works best for you? React below and sound off in the comments!
💖 Day shit, I cannot stay up past a certain time!
💯 Afternoon shift, I really like to sleep in the morning.
👏🏽 Night shift all day, allows for more time during the day to get things done.

I like get up early, I have more time for my garden

1st shift

My friend was complaining about her job search. The employer asked for lots of interviews but wouldn’t give a straight answer. They said they are taking a long time going through this process and asked for her patience. The wait is agonizing no matter if you're at a job or in the middle of job search. How do you usually prefer to receive your feedback?
- 💯Just serve it to me straight. I prefer to rip off the bandaid than wondering what's going on.
- ❤️I don’t mind the indirect feedback actually to save each other’s faces

I always like being straight forward with every one including my clients, business associates, and friends! This builds trust will all involved! Even if they don't agree with you, they will respect you for being "straight" with them! this I know to b e true in my dealings with all kinds of people!

I do not have a problem to streamline engineering operations or focus on any operation requiring attention.

Would you rather have regular feedback and meetings with your supervisor or work more independently?
Everybody is different! Which do you prefer?

Work independently

I dont understands work

I used to love (and hate, not gonna lie) working on my feet. I was in the best shape of my life when I used to work in retail for several years. It was not just the meeting new people, but also the constant moving and fixing that I liked. Sure, some days I would get really tired, especially after pulling a double shift in heels but I liked the physical aspect of it. What do you like best?
💖 Definetely more hands on and physical jobs, I cannot sit in front of a computer all day
💯 I need to do both for my job, I work off a desk some of the time and it's the best of both worlds
👏🏽 Desk job any day! I can exercise outside of work just fine
Any other options? Opinions? Comment down below! #watercooler

i like hands on, because you will slowly start gaining pounds from just sitting at a desk
