Responsible for the overall leadership and management of the human resources systems at the facility in Natchez, plus 10% travel to other locations as needed. Providing human resources support and consultation and serving as a member of the lead team promoting the safety and wellbeing of all the associates. Working with management and employees to build morale, increase productivity, retention and improve work relationships. Administer and provide guidance on compensation and the performance management process.
Must have outstanding communication, computer (HR systems), analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Human Resources or related fields with a minimum of three years of HR leadership experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Responsible for providing comprehensive wealth management and retirement income planning to help ensure its diverse client base achieves their financial plans, working in a small team of professionals.
Must be proficient in financial planning principals; possess a solid understanding of financial markets and effectively simplify complex financial concepts while building relationships with clients. Must have exceptional customer service and multitasking skills; be willing to help improve and develop processes for the back office to better support advisor activities. Experience with Junxure, TD Ameritrade, SEI and American Funds a plus. Must be able to pass a credit and background check and have impeccable SEC and FINRA record.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field and CFP certificate is required. CPA or Enrolled Agent and/or FINRA Series 7, 66 and/or 65 would be a strong plus.
