Well it usually means they don't have a firm grasp on what they are looking for.

When the job description uses words like “rockstar,” “ninja,” or “guru,” that’s less about your skills and more about their lack of direction. What does a ninja even do – sneak into meetings unnoticed?

I believe it is OK to be truthful, but how do you present it? An example might be, "My relationship with previous employer/boss was a professional one. At times, however, there were communication issues. Not just with me, but with my co-workers also.
