
It was a job that called me it took 3 yes of applications to this place always getting turned down when they finally called I went in and got hired on the spot but now I have been there for 8 mths and hate it but I need the money they r very strict and not very understanding of ppls issue they have a hard time keeping employee cause of the way the job is it's a easy job if u can handle angry customer who r dissatisfied with the product they bought and there's different department u can work in it's ok u make fairly good money but it's a schedule on their terms and if u can't comply they will get rid of u very strict place but if u need quick chunk of money work 10- more hours a week u will be getting a great paycheck but they have a lot of rules to apply to

I loved my job as a Paraprofessional working for Lawrence Public Schools ! The benefits offered were outstanding and I'd highly recommend working at the schools especially if you have school age children. The only downfall is the hourly wage is barely $10/hour. In Lawrence Kansas it doesn't pay the bills which is very unfortunate since the work itself, although fulfilling, isn't easy.

They have not done it yet I work hard alot of people like me.... These people keep making gey jokes on me and harassing me alot :/ I'm a male! they hit on or or ask me gey statements at work.....I know I can sue for this any one in kansas know a good lawyer for work discrimination...? I lost wages from it being sent home....Threatened me "near Fire"

Recently at the" KOA campgrounds of Salina Kansas", i had put forth maximum effort as a landscaper only to be paid minimum wage. After being fired for discussing work related topics to another employee, & having my " CKMH worker" come to work to visit, Since i couldn't go to the appointment set, or miss my job. They paid me at " $9.00 an hour" with no brakes other than a short time to eat , Everything had started out great, but after a while the boss's "wife" was starting to become frustrated at the visits of my CKMH worker. She also told me i was not allowed to discuss anything with customers & employees , Nor any rest after eating brake was completed.Having to show at 9:00 am - 4:30 pm on the day I was fired, an employee told me to go home after putting forth efforts on my work needing a brake i stopped to disscus work & get a drink for about 5 min. Soon at my home later that night had Discovered that they had let go of me and been untruthful on a police report to make their actions seem justifiable in the eyes of the public. But they would not tell me what I had done originally to deserve the unjust treatment, on a phone call I tried to discuss with the owners husband,instead having got hold of the wife. She acted as if nothing was wrong telling me that i had quit, Instead of just telling me the simple truth on how they fired me. Now a court date is set to allow a protection order on words never disscussed in the first place . KOA has changed the story of how the whole situation went down several times making more changes to show my side with bad impression .so that they could get away with it all. i do not know if this has happened before to another person but it should be stopped so no other people have to be forced through this unjustified act of employee abuse.
